Bent Holstein s an artist with a very particular sense of detail. His excellent eye for composition and structure combined with a refined aesthetic sensibility, results in delicate expressions and precision.  Holstein’s recent work has moved towards a more abstract universe, an expression rooted in his great love for nature. Holstein is an extensive traveler, absorbing impressions of light and color, clearly reflected in his work. There is a great sense of harmony in Holstein’s art, a peace to be found in the constantly changing aspects of nature.
